Refund Policy

Refunds do not apply to digital goods including eBooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads and cannot be returned.
Refunds may be given for damaged physical books if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (based on the tracked delivery date).ย For refund queries, please email rae@raeknightly.com within 7 days of receiving your product (based on the tracked delivery date).ย 
Note: If your payment method is flagged as high-risk, your order will automatically be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
Please use the subject "Refund Request" and include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request. Please include photographs of the damaged item in question.ย 

Shipping Policy

When you purchase from www.raeknightly.com, your order will be delivered through one of the following methods:
1. Print books are printed to order and shipped by BookVault.
Print time is typically 3-5 business days after your order is placed. After books are printed, they are shipped directly to you.
Average shipping times:
To USA and Canada: 7 to 14 business days
To UK and Europe: 3 to 5 business days
You can track your order on the email you receive after purchase. Please note that once print orders have gone to print, the order cannot be canceled.
2. โ€‹Digital goods are deliveredย instantly by BookFunnel to the email address you provided at Checkout. If you do not see an email from BookFunnel, please check your Spam or Junk folders, or if using Gmail, please check your Promotions tab.
3. If shipping to your country is not available, please email the author at rae@raeknightly.com
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
