Returns & Refund Policy

The author hopes you will love every book you purchase from her! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, she will make it right. Because books are easily handled and read once received, the author can only accept returns under specific conditions described below.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong title, please contact the author within 14 days of delivery at rae@raeknightly.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the book and packaging

Once approved, the author will replace the book or issue a refund.

2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

The author does not accept returns or exchanges for books purchased in error or if you change your mind after purchase.

Please double-check your order before confirming checkout.

3. eBooks and Digital Products

All digital purchases (eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks, etc.) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

4. Signed Copies or Personalized Books

Signed or personalized books are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival.

5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact the author.

The author will assist in tracking your shipment and help resolve the issue as best she can.

Please note that the author is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or customs.
